We sit at 201 I Street NE, on the line between NoMa and the H Street Corridor in northeast Washington, DC. Capitol Hill, Union Station, and Union Market are each less than a mile from us, and our H Street surroundings include dozens of restaurants, live music venues, and locally owned shops.
The NoMa-Gallaudet U station on Metro's Red Line is about half a mile from Senate Square, and Union Station is roughly the same distance for Metro, Amtrak, MARC, and VRE service. The DC Streetcar also extends along H Street NE, a few blocks from our address.
